Chinese breakfast in Singapore early saturday morning

After a 13 hour flight, and a 7AM arrival in Singapore we wanted some exoticism. And we found it by going straight to the chinese quarter.

 

Dim sum keeping hot on the heated cart. 

Pork and Shrimp dim sum.

What did we have with it?

Tiger.

Because it was hot and our bodies had no idea what time it was anyway…
